There is a list of random messages from things like nurse joy, your mom, fishing, egg hatching, and pokemon evolving text. I really do not feel like listing it all.
There is a total of 8 patches, 4 for Heart Gold, and 4 for Soul Silver. One of them is a clean translation, the second is a translation with a modified arm7.bin for saving and freezing bugs, the third usese the freeeze patch from V1, and the last is one for No$GBA.

You may have checked it but at some points it starts to freeze, so bad sometimes that you get a rom crash… I use No$Gba v2.6a so it isn’t a problem of emulator, and these crashes seem to happen most of all at start of a battle (not always though but after playing 30min. it should’ve crashed already once)

Yes, with no$GBA, sometime still have some errors. You should always save when you play game. And if you don’t want have crash, please use Desmume 0.94 http://dl.poke-mega.org/desmume-0-94-ds-emulator/
